Payment:

Payment is expected at the time of your appointment. Checks are to be made payable to NUTRITION THERAPY. (At this time only cash and checks are accepted.) Charges are subject to change. Feel free to ask for latest charges.

Appointment:

Individual appointments are scheduled for a specific time. You will be charged for missed individual appointments unless the R.D. is notified of cancellation at least 24 hours in advance. Also to help with scheduling, a tight schedule is maintained. Tardiness will result in a shorter, less effective session for the scheduled amount.

Medical Insurance:

Medical insurance companies may or may not offer coverage for outpatient nutrition counseling, so you should carefully investigate the types of coverage you have. Although you may have insurance that will reimburse you, please understand that it is your responsibility to pay for your visit and to have your insurance company reimburse you if applicable.
